This cheat sheet will give you the image sizes and dimensions expected from Social Media Platforms as of 2019. (Yes, It could change. Ill update it as it changes)

The file is a CSV file it can be imported to Excel or Google sheets. If find yourself needing a free image sizing tool that doesn't require a sign up and is real easy to use, I would recommend this one BeFunky.
